Brockman Gallery Archive

The Brockman Gallery Archive consists of artwork, brochures, digital files, flyers, media, papers, photographs, posters, press clippings, and other materials of the Brockman Gallery and its associated ventures. Founded by artists and brothers Alonzo Davis and Dale Brockman Davis, the gallery was located in the Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles and was at the center of a community of Black activism and creativity from 1967 to 1990.
