Description	Capt. Tom Crocker, commander of the Detroit Bowery Corps of the Salvation Army, will open a free clinic at 125 E. Fourth Street to aid drug addicts or alcoholics who wish to receive help in overcoming their addiction. Capt. Crocker is credited with having been instrumental in the cure of more than 10,000 narcotic slaves. Photograph dated November 21, 1947.
