Description	All that Vernon Washington Miller wanted when he came here from San Francisco was a reconciliation with his second wife. But he landed in county jail on suspicion of bigamy when Mrs. Jessie Miller, 23, turned over her 31-year-old logger husband to sheriff's deputies shortly after his arrival. Three months ago, Mrs. Miller declared, she learned that her husband was not divorced from his first wife. Photograph dated November 17, 1947.
