Description	Actress Shirley Temple and producer Alvin Cooperman look at X-ray of ankle, sprained during a dance rehearsal for her TV show. Ms. Temple was working on a Mother Goose sequence for her NBC-TV Shirley Temple's Story Book series when the accident happened; she was taken to Cedars of Lebanon Hospital. In private life she is Mrs. Charles Black and the mother of three children. Photograph dated September 6, 1958.
