Historical Data	The PMOI (People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran) is an Iranian political organization founded in 1965 by a small group of intellectuals led by Muhammed Hanifnejad. It was founded to oppose the regime of the Shah of Iran; after the 1979 revolution, it came into conflict with Ayatollah Khomeini and his brand of Islamic fundamentalism.
Description	A large group of students march in support of Iranian hunger strikers. Two students (left) hold a sign with the initials "P.M.O.I." - which seems to stand for the "People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran". Protestors are outside of the headquarters for Home Savings and Loan, in a complex which later became Wilshire Colonnade, located at 3701-3731 Wilshire Boulevard.
