Description	Photograph caption dated October 16, 1947 reads, "Mervin C. Lee up for sentence in nude photo case." 24-year old Lee pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a 17-year old model, Beatrice Little. It was reported by police that Little posed for Lee on July 25, 1947 in his studio apartment at 425 E. Ocean Avenue in Long Beach. The judge in the case ordered that all of the 24 photographs be destroyed.
