Historical Data	Around the time this photograph was taken, the garage was acquired by neighbor Title Insurance & Trust Company and converted into additional office space. The first four floors were set aside for parking and the building's fac¸ade was remodeled to have a modern look to match the company's offices next door at 433 S. Spring Street.
Description	Exterior view of the Metropolitan Garage Building located at 417 S. Spring Street. Built in 1928, the 13-story parking structure is next door to the Title Insurance & Trust Company office building, partially visible on the far left. Dated November 28, 1952
