Description	Photograph caption dated May 25, 1982 reads, "The most visible housing downtown is located on Bunker Hill (seen looking south from First Street), and it may be the most important in attracting affluent residents. For better or worse, the presence of wealth in an area is a measure of its acceptance and desirability." The Promenade Condos complex (center), located at 121 S. Hope Street and built in 1980, is a seven-story building containing 140 one and two-bedroom units. Several office towers are seen in the background.
