Description	Photo caption reads: "Nearly completed structural steel frame of Los Angeles' tallest office building, the 22-story, 300-foot high Travelers Insurance Companies Building on Wilshire Boulevard, saw topping out ceremonies performed August 31 as Bethlehem Steel Company crews hoisted the last beam into place. Welton Becket and Associates are architects and engineers for the dominant structure and George A. Fuller Company is general contractor. Coldwell, Banker & Company are leasing and managing agents for the building". Photo dated: Sep. 1, 1960.
