Description	Photograph caption dated September 9, 1981 partially reads, "Terry Miller drives his invention, the Air Car, down Sixth Street as his wife, Sharon, enjoys the ride... An aircraft mechanic by trade, Miller spent three years and $15,000 developing the car. It is a three-wheel, two-seater, and reaches a top speed of 32 mph. Future models will go up to 45 mph. The vehicle is powered by four cylinders of compressed air, which turn a large iron wheel in the center of it, which in turn rotates the rear axle... It costs about $1,800 to build the air car, using parts that are easily available. Retail, the vehicle costs $4,000, but it has no spark plugs, ignition or oil, and very little else that is ordinarily associated with a car."
