Description	Photograph caption reads: "... and sailing at the Los Angeles Unified School District's 61st annual elementary school Model Yacht Regatta. Sailors of all sizes enjoyed sunny skies at the El Rancho-Cheviot Hills casting pond as 600 fifth- and sixth-graders raced vessels made from scratch. Today should be a fine day for sailing as the high temperature was expected to hover from 78 to 82 in downtown Los Angeles. Air quality was predicted to be unhealthful for sensitive people in some parts of the Southland". Photograph dated: May 14, 1984.
