Historical Data	The trial mentioned in this caption refers to the case brought against Flynn by two under-age girls, Betty Hansen and Peggy Satterlee, who accused him of statutory rape in late 1942. After a two month trial in early 1943, Flynn was cleared of all charges.
Description	Photograph caption reads, "Flynn is shown above studying pictures taken aboard the Sirocco during a court recess. He testified that his most intimate relationship with Miss Satterlee consisted of a friendly talk." Photograph dated: January 2, 1943.
