Description	A residence in the federal government's small farm homestead project at El Monte. This is the type of home to be built in the "back to the land" movement. Designed by Architect Joseph Weston, they feature all the modern conveniences with beauty and health features added. Many persons have applied for permission to settle in the new project. Those selected will be named soon. Photo date: February 8, 1935.
