Description	Artists' rendering of the new Health Department Administrative Headquarters, designed by Arthur Froehlich & Associates, Architects. Construction of the new $8.5 million dollar building moved nearer fruition following approval of preliminary construction plans. Located at 313 N. Figueroa St., the new building will feature a 12-story office and laboratory structure and a four-story parking facility. The new adminstrative headquarters will occupy more than two acres on a site bounded by Temple and Figueroa Streets and Fremont Avenue. Photo dated: June 2, 1966.
