Description	Richard Petty, "The King" at Riverside International Raceway. The track opened in 1957, putting good-ol'-boy NASCAR on the map in the West. The circuit flourished here as top drivers like Petty relished the twisty track and zealous fans at Riverside, which shuttered in 1988, just a few years after nearby Ontario Motor Speedway closed. Photo dated: January 20, 1974.
