Description	A U.S. Navy band is shown leading a parade in downtown Los Angeles, opposite Victory House, inaugurating the Fifth War Loan drive. This is one of the six massed bands which entered the heart of the city from various points to participate in the impressive gathering at Victory House, in Pershing Square. Photograph dated June 12, 1944.
