Description	Hollywood real estate pioneer Charles E. Toberman receives a congratulatory plaque on his 90th birthday from Mayor Sam Yorty. Toberman, 93 on February 22, 1970, founded the real estate firm bearing his name at 1717 No. Highland Ave. in 1907. Highland Ave. then was a dirt street, lined with pepper trees and orange groves, Toberman recalls, and Hollywood Blvd. was then called Prospect Blvd. Dated March 3, 1970.
