Description	Photograph caption reads: "Former Metropolitan Water Build. on 3rd St. and Hill St.". Exterior view of the Million Dollar Theater building and former headquarters of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, located at 307 So. Broadway, on May 21, 1982. Built in 1918, the exterior was designed by Albert C. Martin, and the interior by William L. Woollett. It is in Churrigueresque Revival style. It was a movie palace for Sid Grauman on the ground floor, with offices above. Photograph dated May 21, 1982.
