Description	View showing the four-lane Olive Street looking south-east. Several high-rise buildings can be seen throughout. On the right, a tall building under construction, and on the left, the PacBell Tower located at 420 S. Grand Avenue. John B. and Donald D. Parkinson built the 448-foot, 17-floor PacBell Tower in 1961, it was known as Pacific Telephone Microwave Tower then. The top of the building is a microwave tower that was used from 1961-1963. Today, it serves 1.3 million phone lines in the 213 area code for foreign long distance calls. Automobiles fill the parking loats on both sides of the street.
