Description	A motorist in a VW Bug travels down Sunset Blvd., past the entrance to Will Rogers State Historic Park. A large home or condominium complex, which appears to have been built in the late 1970s, is visible throughout much of the background. The Rogers family owned a 186-acre ranch in Pacific Palisades, which became their place of relaxation. At Will Rogers' untimely death in 1935, the ranch consisted of a 31-room ranch house, a stable, corrals, riding ring, roping arena, polo field, golf course, and hiking trails. When his widow, Betty, died in 1944, the property became a state park.
