Description	Close-up view of two large plaques for Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, located at 225 S. Mesa St. and the corner of W. 3rd St. in the city of San Pedro. The plaque on the left reads: "Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church; and cites Psalms 127:1, which says, 'Except The Lord Build The House They Labor In Vain'; Founded October 1924; Pastors: C.E. Bailey 1924-1926; W.B. Sanders 1926-1927; R. Julian 1927-1928; F.W. Washington 1928-1938; William Small 1938-1942; D. Robert Cofield 1942-1963; William Jackson 1963-1980; Fred Standfield 1980-1987; L. T. Overby 1987-1988; Von W. Arterberry 1990- [present]". The plaque on the right reads: "Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church; and cites Isaiah 43:10, which says, 'Ye Are My Witnesses'; 1998-2001; Chairman Deacon Board, Bernard Lewis; Chairman Deaconess Board, Doris Fraizer; Chairman Trustee Board, Watt Barry; Church Treasurer, Douglas Barry; Church Clerk, Roberta Barry; Executive Secretary, Pamela Barry; Sergeant Of Arms, Howard Magee; Christian Education Dept., Doris Turner; Project Manager, Walter Clements, Sr.; Architect & Contractor, Roy Thomas; Rev.
