Description	Inside view of St. Anthony Catholic Church, built in 1955 and located at 1901 S. San Gabriel Blvd in the city of San Gabriel. Photo shows a long stained glass window depicting the Ascension. According to Christian doctrine, Ascension refers to the elevation of Jesus Christ into heaven by His own power in presence of His disciples the fortieth day after His Resurrection. Practicing Christians generally believe that the term "heaven" refers to a physical reunion with God the Father. Photo dated: December 23, 2006.
