Description	Watts, the scene of a violent racial conflict two years ago but relatively calm this year, begins its second annual Watts Summer Festival to instill pride in the Los Angeles "Negro" district. Zawadie Zumditie (foreground), displays some of the art objects to be shown. Albert Stone (center), a singer, holds some of his records. Patricia Woodlin (rear), models some of the fashions created by Miss Zumditie, a professional designer.
