of this
gated
entrance

possibly
their

. The
photo
identifies
these
women
as "
Camarillo

",
so
it
is
possible
that they are

of the
biggest
personality
that the

had:
Adolfo
Camarillo
, for
which
the
city

by their
father
,
Juan
Camarillo
(1812-1880)
.
Don
Adolfo
, as he
became
known
, was
famous
for his
generosity
in
donating
thousands
of
acres
of
land
for
such
things
as the
first
High
School
,
land
for the
Southern
Pacific
Railroad
to
go

Camarillo
,
land
to have

the

College
. He was also
well
known
for his
civic
activities
and his
long
public
service
,
which
were
noticed
by
Pope
Pius
XII
. On
October

,
1950
, he had
bestowed
upon
him the

died
on

,
1958
at the
age
of
94
from
complications
of

. At the
time

left
