Historical Data	In 1938 Frances Eleanor Smith began organizing a treatment center for children with polio and other crippling diseases and received a donation of a large ranch home in Chino called Casa Colina. It was in operation until 1961 when, due to dilapidated buildings, it was moved and incorporated into Casa Colina Hospital in Pomona.
