sitting
at
tables

reading
; a
Children's
Librarian
sits
at her
desk
and
is
visible
behind
a
young
girl
on the
left
. The
large
room
has
several
support
columns
running
down
the
middle
, and
exposed
support
beams
with
fire
sprinklers
on
each
beam
;
hanging
lamps
illuminate
the
room
.
Numerous
shelving
units
are
visible
along
the
right
and
toward
the
rear
of the
room
. The
Library
was
housed
at the
Laughlin
Building
from
1906-1908
