Description	A portly man squats by a hairless Chihuahua and holds it up by its tail while posing at the Culver City Kennel Club race track. Spectators and their automobiles line the track in the background. Greyhound racing began at the Club in 1932 but was shut down in 1936 when Superior Judge Lewis Howell declared betting on dog races to be illegal.
