Description	The front of Coulter's Dry Goods Co., branch store. The four-story building has Coulter's and Railroad Ticket Office (U.S. Railroad Union Ticket Offices) on the bottom floor. Coulter's leased part of the bottom floor to the Railroad Administration to house the consolidated railroad offices. The upper floors contain offices. Some upper windows advertise "Dr. H.S. Miles, dentist", "Dr. Gomez, physician" with an announcement of a cancer treatment, and "Dr. Taylor, dentist". The third-story windows are framed in arches. An awning covers Coulter's entrance. Tripods and a ladder are leaning on the Ticket Office's display window. Cars are parked at the curb. Photo dated: 1920.
