Description	Construction of the Ville de Paris department store at the corner of 7th and Olive. Scaffolding for construction elevators is on both sides of the building. The building is brick-faced with windows, doors and accents in white. Construction rubble is in the street. Horse-drawn wagons loaded with material are at the curb. A poster displaying a rendering of the new building is on the corner of the construction wall. The ads on the portico read "reinforced concrete construction", "thoroughly fireproof", and "6 floors, 2 basements". Hammond Lumber Co., Wagner-Woodruff Co., and Thomas Haverty Company are businesses displayed as involved with the construction. The store later became B. H. Dyas Co.
