Description	Exterior view of the Philadelphia One Price Boot and Shoe House, proprietor M. Jacoby, on the Main Street side of Temple Block. The site was formerly occupied by Wells, Fargo & Co's Express. The store occupies the bottom floor of a two story building. A utility pole is situated on the corner in front. The awnings are drawn back and several people stand outside. A sign on a nearby store advertises "city bill posters for 3 cents".
